Over that first layer, you have to position a firm receiving blanket. This will add the “icing” look to the cake. It also helps to make sure that the following layer stays fully secure and your entire cake doesn’t look like a bundle of diapers anymore. For the following 3 layers, go over the steps from 2 to5. Seventh step

Once you’re done with all the layers this cake, it’s time you added in some goodies. Try to remove diapers one by one.
